Welcome to Moore’s Montessori Academy (MMA). The MMA Staff is elated that you are here and we firmly believe that children are unique individuals and by building upon each child's strengths and abilities all children can be successful learners. We believe that children learn in an engaging, safe, and consistent environment supported by a trained, caring, and responsive staff. Children need a variety of experiences that include daily opportunities to participate in small and large group activities which encourage math, language, thinking skills, social, and muscle development. We believe that children learn best when they have opportunities to explore their world with adults encouraging and guiding growth and development. Our goal is to create a home/academy partnership where parents and teachers work together to support your child’s learning.
Parents, as we embark on this new educational journey, it is with great joy and pleasure that we extend to each of you our heartfelt welcome to Moore’s Montessori Academy (MMA) family. The fact that you have chosen to place your child with MMA clearly illustrates that you value the importance of a strong academic foundation for your child/children. MMA will be the catalyst that launches them into a ready for action and precisely highly developed world.
Communication is a vital part of MMA. You are welcome to call or visit our academy at any time. However, we do ask that when you do, you check in at the office first. If you have a particular problem concerning your child, please feel free to make an appointment for a conference with the classroom teacher, or Academy Director. We will be happy to work with you to ensure a positive educational experience for your child.
MMA will work hard to instill in our students a life-long love for learning. We are excited about the new, exciting and wonderful accomplishments and experiences this academic year will bring.
