MMA believes that each child is a unique individual that deserves to be nurtured and educated in a safe, challenging and creative environment. The academy develops the whole child by providing experiences for growth in social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and artistic areas. The mission of MMA is to prepare students to be life-long learners and responsible citizens of the world community. Through the use of Montessori methods and philosophy, an individualized approach in multi-age groupings encourages developmentally appropriate learning of academics, and social and life skills. All children are given freedom in a structured environment that is nurturing, child centered and supportive to develop their gifts and pursue their interests while also learning the personal responsibilities. 

The Mission of Moore’s Montessori Academy is to provide and promote a healthy environment that will aide in the development of each child’s creative, academic, and physical potential through partnership with students, parents, and the community. The early years are critical in a child’s development and MMA will provide wonderful learning opportunities to encourage learning.
